"Hey, Day! Can you come outside to play???"

"Hang on... I just have to ask my mom!!"

"My mom said I'm not allowed..."

"What? But, why not??"

"She said I have to get ready for bed and that it's starting to get dark outside, so I'm not allowed."

"Bummer, Dude..."

"I know... it's not faaiiir, she never lets me have any fun."

"Tell her my mom's out here, too, maybe if she knows we have supervision she'll say yes."
"Nah, she'll still say no 'cause the streetlights already just turned on. It's no use."
"Well, now I sure wish we could've got here sooner but we found some really great tree buds on our way and got distracted with the time."
"That's okay... Maybe if you can come earlier tomorrow we'll be able to play. Remember that other day, when we were running all around and then we both fell in the same spot and then we just rolled and laughed and our moms thought we were crying because we got hurt but really we were just laughing so hard we couldn't talk..."
